The coastal path leading from the property is perfect for walkers and provides easy access to the beach. There is plenty to do in the local area but if you fancy going slightly further afield then both Bridlington and Scarborough are just a short drive away. A little further away is Whitby and York. Filey is one of the most popular holiday destinations on the Yorkshire coast. From sunbathing to birdwatching, there is something to keep everyone entertained.
The apartment is at the rear of the property with private access up an internal staircase. This apartment has an amazing view of Filey Bay and Bempton cliffs. As you walk up the stairs to the apartment you will be very pleased as the first thing you will see is the sea view. Step inside the apartment into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, the kitchen area includes everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, including electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge/small freezer. Within the lounge area there are two sofas (one of which is a sofa bed, suitable for a child), a Smart TV with full Sky package and DVD should you want to watch a movie or catch up on some sport, there is also a selection of games to play for a night of fun. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and an en-suite shower room with shower and WC.
Outside there is allocated off-road parking and you can also enjoy al fresco dining in the private enclosed decked garden with lovely views over the field and overlooking Filey Bay.
